First a bit of info about Leopard Gecko's, They live in desert areas in places such as Afghanistan, Iran, Iraq...they are a very laid back species by nature making them the ideal fisrt pet gecko. They store fat in there tails and can detach there tails to evade predators. They are one of the few species of gecko to have eyelids allowing them to sleep with there eyes closed and have claws instead of finger pads so they can't climb vertical surfaces like many other species of gecko.
Jack is a very greedy gecko and likes to think he's the boss. He only likes being picked up on his terms but is still a pretty laid back gecko. He's definatly not the shy type and loves to investigate new things that enter his tank. |
