Thanks for your comment. The thing is that my lovely Mici is at home with my parents and my brother and I am living now in Italy. You can't imagine how I miss him. But he's fine and well fed. My family takes good care of him. Anyway I will ask them to take some pictures of Mici. At times I get to see him in the web cam...He's so big now! But he's always afraid of people, I mean strangers, I don't konw why. Maybe he was mistreated by the people who abandoned him, I don't know. And your lovely cat? How is he doing? Thanks again.

Well, Mici would like to get out of the house but he's so afraid of strangers that he always comes back anyway. My brother has told me that Mici remains at the door looking at the street but as soon as he sees someone getting near he soon gets in the house again. My brother has also told me that Mici actually asks him to open the door...but he always remains there just looking outside. Mici made it out of the house once and was looking and smelling at the neighbor's flower pots...it was late at night and there was nobody outside so Mici stayed there for a while without being interrupted. But my family lives in an apartment building so people are always going in and out. What my brother does is open the door for him at night (Mici usually asks him to do so) and let him go out to where Mici wants to (always checking and controlling him). On the other hand, Mici has also been trying to mate...he's been crying at night in our little backyard, as if calling other cats. My family will try to get a female cat for him. I will try to post some other fotos of my sweet little Mici. Best regards!

I would say his eyes are brown (the camera doesn't render a good picture of the color). One of the things I liked the most about Mici as soon as I saw him were his eyes - they were so deep and innocent. I soon fell in love with him. Best regards, hope to see some new picture of your cat as well :-) And send my greetings to your brother!

Your cat is so cute! He's got beautiful eyes! How old is he now? As for Mici, I'm not sure, but he may be about 11 or 12 months old! My brother found him in the street in mid-February this year. I have good news: I plan to go to my country in January or February 2009, so I will get to see my sweet Mici. Actually I am going just to see him. I can't wait. Take care and thanks for the pictures of your cat!

Dear skhan what happened to your cat? I'm so sorry! I'm really sorry... I know nothing people can say will bring it back to you. I can understand how you are feeling. Please receive my affection.

Sorry, I don't understand when you say spraying...does it mean your cat had something sprayed on him? We haven´t sprayed anything on my cat, we just had him vaccinated by the veterinarian(the regular vaccines for a cat). So far the veterinarian has applied 2 vaccines on my cat. The last vaccine is applied annually, which means my cat will need his next vaccine next year. In the meantime, though, he has been out of the house several times trying to mate and apparently he got into a fight with another cat because he came back with some scars. Small injuries, fortunately. The veterinarian medicated antibiotics.
Oh, my cat was also given a pill for deparasitation the first time my family took him to the veterinarian, last year.
Could you please explain to me what you mean by spraying? Thanks.
Best regards.

Now I understand. Fortunately my cat hasn't done the spraying thing within our house (maybe outside, I don't know). My cat took to goint out several weeks ago, but only at night. He goes out at night and apparently he meets other cats for he has had some small injuries (scars) which means he has bee fighting with another cat for the territory (besides, we've known that there is also a female cat in the surroundings). However, he is always afraid of people and doesn't go out during the day.
As for the vaccines, they say that a cat needs to be vaccinated. We've been to 3 veterinarians so far, and they all told us the same. Well, finally my cat got the necessary vaccines and, as I told you, he will be needing his next vaccine next year.
Well, having a pet is nothing easy at all. They need lots of care and attention. We also worry for our cat when he goes out, but we cannot avoid it since he hasn't been sterilized.
I hope you are fine. Take care!
