Just so you know, I'm a Chihuahua. I belong to one of the smallest breeds of dogs around the world. I'm fancy, I'm cute, and I obey. Yet, people call me toy.
Whenever my mom goes out, she takes me with her. I'm clad with my dress and booties although I don't like being leashed. I can simply follow her and do whatever she asks me to. One time, I was really giddy and I want to be stroked, but since she's busy writing her thesis, I had to stay put and look after her instead.
I watched a Chihuahua movie months ago. The movie tells us that Chihuahuas are strong and they're more than just toys. Most people miss that point. Just because we're small, cute and obedient, that doesn't follow that we're just mere toys.
Well, Chihuahuas have pride of their own. I may not know my origin but I know we're special. Not only because rich Hollywood people have us for a pet, but because we're more than that. We're more than just toy dogs.
